Allied Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for this new 54-unit independent senior living community for the Arbor Street expansion.   The $20M project also includes renovations to the existing building. 

Some of the new spaces included:

  • Wellness Center
  • Café/Bistro
  • Theater
  • Conference Rooms/Administrative Offices
  • 54 Living Units
